This was the first photo I took with the Nikon. Or, well, the first photo I’ll admit to. The tables in the bar are copper-topped – not real copper, but they’re warm and inviting. Sometimes preferable to the giant concrete bar that’s always cold.

The stress-ball wine bottle next to the shot is because of all the Living Social coupons Rachel got last night. After everyone left, we spent the next 3 hours downing Melon Ball shots and watching the stream of regulars pour in.
